Return and refund policy

We want you to sleep better. That is why every RestWave pillow comes with a 30-night trial.

30-night trial. You have 30 days from delivery to try your pillow. If it is not right for you, email us at support@getrestwave.com with your order number. We will explain the next steps.

Refund. Once your request is accepted and, if applicable, your return is received, we refund the price of the pillow to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return costs. Paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made a mistake with your order.

Defective or damaged item. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
