Do
- Check the cover's care label first.
- Removable cover (zipper): wash it separately in the machine, cold or warm water, gentle cycle, with mild soap. Air dry it.
- For the foam: vacuum it, or clean stains with a lightly damp white cloth and a little mild soap. Dab, don't rub, then remove the soap with a cloth and clean water.
- For odors: sprinkle with baking soda, leave for 30 minutes, then vacuum.
- Let it dry completely, flat and in open air, for at least 24 hours (a fan helps). Put the cover back only when everything is dry.
Avoid
- Never put the foam in the washer or dryer: it can tear and lose its shape.
- No heat (dryer, hair dryer, radiator).
- Don't twist or wring the pillow: gently press it in a towel.
- No bleach or harsh products.
- Never put the pillow back in its cover while damp: risk of mold.
